Marking

Officine Meccaniche Marcucci offers a laser marking service and marking by micro-percussion. The laser marking allows us to mark and number items and material via a laser beam. This technology boasts a lower invasiveness of the mark left on the material, and has now effectively replaced the traditional marking by micro-percussion.

This system is particularly suitable for the ever-increasing number of clients who needs to mark materials or objects for subsequent identification or traceability.

We use the versatile Keyence laser marker, which allows for laser incision and marking via the most advanced techniques. The included software, produced by Sisma, makes for easy management of files and the definition of the relevant parameters; this is true for complex manufacture, for single-items or large-scale production. Moreover, the high levels of precision allows for characters and letters of every type to be incised onto even very small surfaces. As a result, unlike traditional micro-percussion systems, legibility is guaranteed, as is uniformity of the results obtained.

Resistent marking

This technique is permanent, and resists wear-and-tear, heat and acid. According to how the laser is set, markings can be made on certain materials without even scratching the surface.
