OUR TURNING PROCESSES
High precision and complexity turning. Thanks to the experience of qualified operators and the technologies available, the level of turning at our workshop reaches high standards and is therefore able to serve even the most demanding application sectors.
We are able to turn the most difficult metals, possibly even treated and aged, we produce components with very narrow tolerances and extremely articulated geometries.
Our current machine park, whose technologies have tool magazines that allow us to work complex components and small-medium dimensions starting from a diameter of 3 to a maximum of 650 mm with lengths up to 4500 mm on maximum diameters of 100 mm.
This is the department most interested in the production of mechanical components for small and medium series, each operator is an expert, not only in turning but also in the procedures to be followed in the area of dimensional control and sectors of use.
OUR MILLING PROCESSES
Our milling department boasts a large fleet of 3, 4, 5 axis machines. All our machining centers are programmed by our operators in the technical office through their CAD-CAM stations.
We guarantee milling operations with great efficiency even if it is a department particularly suited to the manufacture of prototypes, so that every milling machine, every operator, every programmer is subjected to the analysis of a new design every day and therefore to the creation of a new detail.
Our milling is able to obtain parts with very high standards from a length of 1500 mm to a maximum width of 600 mm.
OUR GRINDING AND DENTING PROCESSES
Our company also manufactures gears, toothed parts.
Every day our precision mechanical workshop is available to the customer to produce complex mechanical components that require any type of toothing, straight or oblique.
However, internally we only deal with straight teeth, both internal and external, with a maximum length of 100 mm and a maximum diameter of 300 mm.
Grinding is a department of very high finishing which particularly represents the very high precision of the mechanics we deal with.
We can grind any type of raw, aged or treated metal, as well as some types of plastic materials and coated metal components.
We reach high standards in thousandths in dimensional terms with roughness of 0.04 using the best suppliers on the market as regards the tools dedicated to the department and related measuring instruments.
OUR WIRE AND DIP ELECTROROSION PROCESSING
We provide a plunge EDM and wire EDM service thanks to our external suppliers, who with impeccable collaboration make our complementary processing services efficient.
OUR TECHNOLOGIES AND SOFTWARE
We have state-of-the-art machine tools through which data is made available in real time thanks to the implementation of industry 4.0.
In the field of software, we use a project management Mes where all the processes are integrated and thanks to which it is possible to manage each order from the issue of the offer, to the planning of resources up to the sale.
