Derlin, Pom C or Acetic Resin processing
it is one of the most used materials in plastic processing as it offers excellent workability and allows for optimal finishing surfaces
It can be applied in many sectors such as industrial automation, food sector, medical sector or automatic bottling systems
We are able to work on Delrin bars and rods (POM-C, acetal resin) such as:

• thread
• milling
• shaping
• leveling
• turning
• cut to size
Being Derlin (acetal resin - POM C) a material with excellent mechanical characteristics, including resistance to traction and compression and high hardness, it is suitable for the construction of parts on which threaded holes, teeth for gear wheels, etc. must be made.
Delrin (acetal resin - POM C) has excellent machinability which thus allows to obtain very precise tolerances, +/- 0.2 mm on milled parts and H7 on turned parts

Processing Polizene, polyethylene, PE300, PE500, PE1000
It is a very soft and easy to work material that allows us to create different types of details made to drawings in a very short time
Thanks to our CNC machinery and tools suitable for each process we are able to guarantee a very precise finish without any burrs, smooth and regular
We carry out processing on bars and rounds of Polyethylene-Polizene, PE300, PE500, PE1000 such as:

• die cutting

• shaping
• leveling

Here are some examples that can be made with Polizene, polyethylene, PE300, PE500, PE1000 processes: sliding guides, positions, supports that must support light and low static loads, blocks

Machining Nylon, polyamide resin, PA6, PA6.6, PA6 + MoS2, PA6C, PAFV30%, PA6C, PA6C, MoS2
It is the best known thermoplastic and compared to Delrin, it requires reduced processing speeds with special tools, as it tends to "get mixed up" if not processed correctly
Nylon is a very resistant material to shocks and wear, with excellent ability to withstand both low and high temperatures, high tensile and compressive strength and also manages to maintain itself over time even if exposed to atmospheric agents, solvents, oils, greases and fuels.
We work on bars and rods in Nylon, polyamide resin, PA6, PA6.6, PA6 + MoS2, PA6C, PAFV30%, PA6C + OIL, PA6C + MoS2 such as:

Nylon processing is ideal for obtaining parts that must ensure high hardness, tensile and flexural strength such as skids, wheels and gears.
Like Delrin, very precise tolerances are obtained with the processing of Nylon, +/- 0.2 mm on milled parts and H7 on turned parts

PTFE, potrafluoroethylene, teflonlite processing
The main peculiarities of PTFE are excellent smoothness, good mechanical characteristics and resistance to high temperatures of use (up to 220 °)
It is used in industry to cover surfaces subjected to high temperatures which require anti-adhesion and good chemical inertness or is used as an insulating material suitable for contact with food and has a low flammability

Rigid PVC processing
Its main features are good mechanical resistance and smoothness, being PVC is a fairly rigid material that lends itself very well to workability.
Among its characteristics we also find insensitivity to acids, molds and microorganisms, resistant to shocks, atmospheric agents, chemical agents but more importantly, it has an excellent recycling capacity
Thanks to our machinery and our specialized staff we are able to guarantee an excellent finish in a very short time. Furthermore, the processing of PVC allows us to meet the needs of customers who want an economic material

With the processing of PVC, tolerances are obtained that are very similar to the most tenacious materials, such as Delrin and Nylon, +/- 0.2 mm on milled parts and H7 on turned parts
We produce bushings, flanges, threaded plates or with through holes, welded and watertight tanks and cabins

Processing in PEEK, polyetherketone
PEEK or polyetherketone has unique characteristics such as resistance to high temperatures, radiation, has a low flammability also containing the emission of fumes during combustion and has excellent dielectric properties
